Torque Diesel's Warranty Terms

TORQUE DIESEL WARRANTY POLICY

Torque Diesel Warrants its branded products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 24 months from the time of invoice, regardless of engine hours or vehicle miles.  This Industry Leading Warranty is a "NO FAULT", "GUARANTEED ACCEPTANCE" warranty.  Torque Diesel will replace or issue a refund for, or facilitate the repair of, a replacement part that fails during the applicable warranty period.

 

Labor and subsequent damage are not covered under this "NO FAULT" warranty policy.  Any labor costs associated with a warrantable claim are subject to review and analysis by Torque Diesel.  The manufacturer’s determination and approval as to the warrantability of a Labor claim requires that the part first be sent to Torque Diesel for physical examination. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to follow all guidelines and instructions for submitting a Labor claim, including shipping parts to Torque Diesel. Once the cause of failure is determined, an Torque Diesel representative will be in contact with the documented details and findings of any labor claim. If any defects in material or workmanship are identified, then Torque Diesels’ warranty on Torque Diesel Products extends to include labor costs incurred by the customer. The labor cost to remove and reinstall a warrantable Torque Diesel Product will be reimbursed by Torque Diesel to the customer at One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00) per labor hour for the total required labor hours as quoted by MOTORS in the MOTORS Manual, or other suitable labor time guide chosen by Torque Diesel, up to the maximum allowable amount. The maximum allowable amount of labor cost to be reimbursed by Torque Diesel to the customer is seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for Torque Diesel Products.
